In response to Massachusetts Governor Baker’s guidance and the Massachusetts Department of Health (DPH), HarborCOV is conforming to changes being made in our local community in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) while continuing to support survivors of domestic violence.

As an organization, we value the health and safety of survivors and staff during this pandemic. Our office buildings are closed to the public and all of our programs are operating remotely Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. until further notice.

  • Our Hotline – 617-884-9909

remains a 24-hour staffed resource that offers immediate response for any physical or emotional crises arising from abuse

  • Our Business Line – 617-884-9799

is answered live between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We can put people in touch with case managers to complete pre-assessments and/or initial intakes by phone as well as providing additional resources based on their individual circumstances.

Note that courts are closed because of the pandemic. Please go to your local police department if you need to request an emergency restraining order (209A).
