They will be able to balance their love of being part of a mission-centered team with working independently; have exceptional assessment, listening, communication, problem-solving and de-escalation skills; be highly creative, flexible and adaptive; and have a deep understanding of culturally relevant, strength-based strategies within an economic and social-justice framework for working with survivors, the broader community and other members of the HarborCOV team.
