Provide high-quality case management, advocacy, referrals, resources and services to survivors and their families in our transitional and longer-term housing programs. Responsibilities include: leading a comprehensive tenant selection process, managing the housing waiting lists, coordinating ongoing survivor-led community building activities; overseeing accurate data collection to ensure safety, confidentiality and access to quality resources for survivors; supporting survivors’ progress toward their goals; and supporting the ongoing learning and development of the team. Five years’ experience in the domestic violence field, three years direct supervision experience, and computer literacy required. Bilingual/bicultural preferred.
