Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English Required)
Provide high-quality case management, advocacy, referrals, resources and services to survivors and their children in shelter, our housing program and in our communities through survivor-centered, trauma-informed approaches; hotline coverage; group facilitation; and support client progress using data management software. Some weekend and evening hours possible. Three years highly relevant experience; Spanish/English fluency and computer literacy required; bachelor’s or some college preferred. Candidate must have strong listening, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to assess, deal constructively, manage and/or de-escalate crises.
Bilingual English-Spanish Emergency Housing Manager
Oversee day-to-day operations and provide high-quality case management and resources for survivors and their children in our 12-bed emergency housing through survivor-centered, trauma-informed approaches. Responsibilities include managing consistent engagement with survivors and supporting progress toward their immediate goals; supervision and support for part-time staff; overseeing day-to-day operations, including inventory and supplies; accurate data collection using data management software to ensure safety, confidentiality and access to quality resources for survivors; and rotation in hotline and on-call coverage. Three years highly relevant experience; spoken and written English-Spanish proficiency and computer literacy required; bachelor’s or some college preferred.
